The Utilization of Ethanol as Subtitute of Fossil Fuels

As we all know, the fuel commonly used by people today are fossil fuels, they are petroleum and its derivative products such as gasoline, kerosene etc. Use of these fosil fuels is certainly gives adverse impact to environment.Now, many people have found some way to subtitute fosil fuels with various kind of alternative fuels such Ethanol. Here's the conparsion of Ethanol with LPG: For example, 1 kg of Ethanol cost IDR 2.100,00 and produce 29.831,62 kJ heat. So, every rupiah generate heat as much as 14.20 kJ / IDR Let's compare with LPG. 1 kg of LPG cost IDR 900,00 and produce 50.875,12 kJ heat. That's mean that every rupiah generate heat as much as 56,49 kJ / IDR From comparation above, we know that Ethanol generate heat although  not as much as LPG  wich mean it can be use as an alternative fuel.
